Multitasking, task prioritization, and clear communication skills are essential for this position.

 

 Responsibilities: 

• Greet and welcome guests/students when they arrive at the school

• Answering phone calls/replying to emails

• Basic facility maintenance and sanitization

• Assist in lesson sales

• Processing customer payments and updating student accounts

• Ensure the school environment is tidy 

• Provide basic and accurate lesson information in-person and via phone/email

• Maintain office security by following safety check-in procedures

• Assist in event planning and coordination

• Assist in creating posts for the school's social media accounts

• Able to translate English to Mandarin

• Other ad-hoc support as required

 

 Requirements: 

• Bilingual (Must be fluent in English & Mandarin)

• Possess well written and verbal communication skills

• Have a great work ethic and drive to accomplish tasks with high professionalism and efficiency

• Deliver quality service with a professional attitude

• Have experience and/or enjoy using social media platforms

Music Teachers

Piano | Vocal | Guitar | Strings | Drums

 

We’re looking for driven, qualified, and enthusiastic music teachers to fill weekday after school hours and weekend openings!

 

Students are assigned to teachers as they become available, based on personality and goal-matching.

We welcome applicants from teachers with qualifications and experience in classical, jazz, and/or pop/rock/contemporary music styles.

 

Successful candidates must be well-qualified and experienced in teaching private music lessons.

Interns

Recording Studio | Event Production

 

Grow your artistry, apply your knowledge, learn new skills, expand your professional network, and deepen your understanding of music, video, and event production!

 

All Candidates should have:

• Availability at least 3 days a week

• Reliable transportation

• Apple laptop

 

Working knowledge of the following software (ideal but not a must):

• Avid Pro Tools

• Logic Pro

• Final Cut Pro X

• Melodyne

• Photoshop

 

 Responsibilities: 

• Assisting recording sessions

• Setting up microphones and equipment

• Studio management assistance

• Music research/Song tagging

• Assist at event/concerts

• Assist live production/DJ team

 

We provide a learning internship, you will learn how to take studio projects from beginning to completion, ins and outs of running a recording studio, audio/visual/lighting production for events and concerts.

 

This is an UNPAID internship but can lead to an opportunity for pay for the right superstar candidate.
