All of our instructors and staff members are double vaccinated. To get the latest update on a specific instructor, please call or email us for more information.
My instructor is only teaching online.
When will they return for in-person lessons?​

Trust us when we say they can't wait to be back!

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the date of the return for some of our instructors due to circumstances impacted by the ongoing pandemic.

In the meantime, we have an amazing team of teachers who will be more than happy to provide in-person substitution, or you can try an online lesson with your instructor!

Can I switch to online lessons
even if I start in person?​ Vice versa?

Yes, of course!​ Students can switch between online or in-person lessons to their own comfort levels with the help of our lesson coordinators.

What safety measures are put in place to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19?​

Some of our main safety measures include (and are not limited to):

Mandatory COVID Screening is required before each visit.
​

Forehead temperature testing is required of all members entering the building.
​

Masks must be worn at ALL times, except for specific instruments such as vocal/flute/saxophone. Plexi-glass is available to use and lessons are held in larger classrooms to enable social distancing.

Social distancing is required throughout the building, which will be carefully instructed and maintained by each instructor in the classrooms.

All members entering the building must sanitize/wash their hands before entering/after leaving the classroom.
​

All shared equipment and instruments, as well as common contact points, are sanitized before and after each lesson.
​

To maintain capacity limits and social distancing, we may ask you to wait in your car until contacted by our front desk to enter the building.
